BINDING EFFECT

This agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding agreement between you (“you”) and AI Growth Systems (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). YOU AGREE THAT BY USING THE SERVICE YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT.

LICENSE

All intellectual property rights in or arising out of or in connection with the AI Growth Systems website, programs, and materials will be owned by AI Growth Systems solely. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use our intellectual property for the duration of a program you have purchased.

Any intellectual property you create using materials from AI Growth Systems programs is owned solely by you. You acquire no rights or licenses in or to any trademarks, service marks, trade names, or copyrights displayed on the Site. AI Growth Systems shall maintain confidentiality and not disclose client data except as necessary to provide services or as required by law. All originals and copies of confidential information remain the property of AI Growth Systems and must be returned upon request.

You agree not to distribute material that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, threatening, or illegal. AI Growth Systems reserves the right to terminate your access and cooperate with law enforcement where applicable.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

ALLEGED VIOLATIONS

FULL POWER AND AUTHORITY

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify AI Growth Systems and its representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, Content, or Services or breach of this Agreement.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the UK. Parties may seek injunctions to protect intellectual property rights.

SEVERABILITY; WAIVER

If any part of this Agreement is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. No waiver of any provision is effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative.

MODIFICATIONS

AI Growth Systems may revise this Agreement or modify the Site, Content, or Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

MISCELLANEOUS

This Agreement is binding on both parties and their successors. It contains the entire understanding regarding use of the Site, Content, and Services. Any rights not expressly granted are reserved. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created.
